Hardcore Baseball Talk with the "Most Famous Man from Rochester" - Dan Lyons.

Dan Lyons is a slick fielding veteran shortstop for the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League. A two- time Atlantic League All-Star and former member of the Washington National organization, Danny holds the distinction of being the only Rawlings Gold Glove winner in the history of the Atlantic League. Prior to his 11 year career in professional baseball, Lyons played college ball for the Iowa Central Tritons and the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

In this candid chat with Tim Flattery and Tom Griffin, Lyons gets "inside baseball" with the story of rooming with Jordan Zimmerman in the minors, the time he tried to hit a home run off of Roger Clemens, and why Justin Morneau is the best former Minnesota Twin to go bowling with.
