Alyssa Bergamini & Field of Dreams TV Show Announced

“If you build it they will come” and we came!

The Moonlight Graham Show is still riding high from the Field of Dreams game. We aren’t sure if it is the apple pie hotdog or the pure magic of a major league baseball game carved out of a cornfield, but we can’t stop smiling. This week, Tim sits down with NBC Chicago’s Alyssa Bergamini who covers the Chicago White Sox. We wanted to get an insider’s look at how the players felt about the field, Iowa, and the amazing finish to the game itself. Bergamini coming on the podcast is a little bit of a family reunion as she is Tim’s sorority sister-in-law and an adopted Iowan.

I didn’t know I was going to be so emotional

Alyssa Bergamini grew up in Chicago but attended the University of Iowa to study broadcast journalism. In her time in Iowa, she realized what we all know to be true, Iowans are the best. She fell in love with the state before returning to Chicago for her job in marketing for the White Sox. Over the last several years she has worked in and around the White Sox organization and has developed a unique perspective. After originally having potential offers to work the event for Fox Sports fall through, Alyssa got a ticket offer at the last minute and was able to attend just as a fan. Alyssa Bergamini shares the ins and outs of the experience from the build-up to the execution.

Also in this episode is an update on the Quest for Costner and the upcoming Field of Dreams streaming TV series. The Moonlight Graham Show has the Field of Dreams covered from just about every perspective.
